Peggy is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. As a working Mom, she understands the challenges of work/family/healthy lifestyle and knows what it takes to achieve fitness goals in spite of life's everyday demands. She emphasizes core strength, form, posture, balance, joint mobility and stability during her challenging strength and metabolic workouts. She is a huge advocate of clean eating and provides nutritional guidance to help clients transform their body, attain their health and fitness goals without feeling starved.

She enjoys working with all ages and fitness levels. Her priority is her clients' goals! Nothing gives her greater pleasure than seeing her clients' become the best version of themselves!

GROUP TRAINING
Not everyone can afford a personal trainer and many people respond better in group settings with a friend or partner. Group training is not the same as a fitness class, which is a choreographed class lead by an instructor. Group Training offers the benefits of customized workouts at a lower cost per person and your trainer is your coach.
PERSONAL COACHING
Personal Training is one-on-one coaching, program design and nutrition support. We start with a fitness and healthy lifestyle consultation session. From there a customized body-transformation workout plan and balanced nutrition plan will be created to help us achieve YOUR fitness goals.
